After you pickup your luggage, head towards the east side of the terminal, between baggage claims three and four. Look for and exit door number 507.

What if I can't make the scheduled pick up time due to a delay?
The most important thing to do is call us as soon as you know of the delay. We will do everything possible to wait for you, up to 20 minutes after your expected arrival time. If there is no one else in the van, we can wait for a longer period at $60 an hour, billed in ten minute increments.
If we are unable to wait past the 20 minutes, we will make arrangements to accommodate you the following day. If we are unable to or you find another mode of transportation, we will refund your payment. Regardless, you need to notify us concerning the delay as soon as possible.
Can I bring my pets?
Sorry, we are not able to transport non-assisted pets in the vehicles.
What is your smoking policy?
Colorado State Law prohibits smoking in the vehicles at any time. However, we do make stops between Denver and Vail, so please plan accordingly.
